Maintenance

We provide 24-hour maintenance. After hours and on weekends and holidays, please select the maintenance line when calling 817-540-2614 for a quick response. Online maintenance requests will be serviced the following business day.

Renter's Insurance Requirements

We require all residents to maintain renter's insurance. Minimum requirements: $100,000 Liability Coverage. The policy must name Forest Park Apartments as "Interested Party." Please provide your renter's insurance policy at time of move-in or renewal.
